JUDAEA, Neapolis. Philip I. 244-249 CE. Æ (28mm, 12.52 g, 6h). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / The Capitoline Triad: Jupiter/Zeus seated facing, holding globe and scepter, flanked by Minerva/Athena on left, holding spear, and Juno/Hera on right, holding scepter; star in exergue. Harl 20 (A5/P18); Sofaer 156 (same dies). Near VF, earthen brown patina, pit at eye. Extremely rare and interesting type.
